Rent is pro-rated for any month that isn't fully booked. If you rent for 20 days for example, the rent is divided by the number of days in the month and multiplied by 20 days.
Zelle, Venmo, and checks are all acceptable ways to pay. If there is another payment method you prefer, please let us know what that is and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Your deposit is fully refundable as long as there are no cancellations 30 days prior to the booking start date. If anything in or on the property gets damaged or lost during your stay, the cost of the replacement and/or repair will be deducted from the deposit.

No smoking on the premises. No open flame whatsoever, this includes lit candles. No pets. Quiet after 10 p.m.
There is furniture in all the rooms. The bedrooms have beds, linens, pillows, blankets, tables, desks, and chairs. Bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo & conditioner, soap, a hairdryer, Q-tips, toilet paper. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, silverware, pans, towels, cooking utensils, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, condiments, cooking oil, etc.
No. Both sections of the home are fully private. Each unit has its own separate entrance, and its own back slider to separate outdoor patio areas. Each has its own laundry. Parking spots are designated.
This is one large, one-level home that has been split into two side-by-side apartments. Think duplex. The main house is the larger of the two, thus the price difference.
The main home has 2 very large bedrooms (both master size) both with Queen beds. The Apartment has one Queen and one Full bed.
The bathrooms on both sides of the house are similiar. They both have double vanities, a soaking tub & shower.
This home is one of 11 homes directly on Gay Lake, named after Gaylord Buck, the son of Parker Buck, the builder of this home and one of the first builders in Gig Harbor. This home was the first home built on the lake in the 1940s (it has gone through many renovations since then). There are views of the lake and the ducks on the Northeast facing side of the home (back side of home) and the backyard slopes gently down to the water's edge.
